Technical training is not enough

Abstract

“We need a change of attitude”, I read or hear some Captain of Industry or Managing Director say in a television interview. So I am encouraged to share with those who are seriously interested in considering how to promote such a change something of our experience in such a programme, which has now run for seven years with 1,000 clients. Its origins and a fairly detailed description have already appeared in Education & Training in June 1979 and October 1981.
