Abstract

In discursive style, John Sussams looks at the elements of the distribution system that really matter — the vehicles, the goods, the customers, and the drivers, and outlines what one's policy should be in relation to them all in order to increase profitability. This was a further paper delivered at the Grand Metropolitan Planning seminar in London recently.
