Applications of Sprayed Fibre‐reinforced Plastics

Abstract

In an attempt to improve the techniques of processing and application of fibre‐reinforced resins and to find time‐saving working processes, several methods have been developed; one of the most important is the fibre‐resin spraying process, which in many instances offers an opportunity for the widespread use of these materials in corrosion‐resistant applications. This article provides a general outline of one particular system.
