Cast nylon bearings withstand high loadings in rotary pneumatic fenders

Abstract

A cast nylon material supplied by ERTA UK Ltd, containing an in‐built lubricant, is being used in 40 giant rotary pneumatic fenders currently being installed in the world's largest sea locks at the Port of Antwerp.
