Abstract

The Minister of Labour on April 14, 1968 referred to this Court for settlement, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Employment Act, 1959, (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), the following claim which had been reported to the then Minister on February 13, 1968 by the Electrical Trades Union under Section 8 of the Act:—
