The Industrial Training (Financing of Agricultural Training) Order 1971

Abstract

The Secretary of State for Employment after approving proposals (with which was included an estimate of expenses in relation to activities in agriculture) submitted by the Agricultural, Horticultural and Forestry Industry Training Board (hereinafter called “the Board”) for the exercise of the Board's functions under section 2 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 and in pursuance of section 104 of the Agriculture Act 1970 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
