The Industrial Training Levy (Air Transport and Travel) Order 1970 (Amendment) Order 1971

Abstract

The Secretary of State after approving proposals submitted by the Air Transport and Travel Industry Training Board for the amendment of the Industrial Training Levy (Air Transport and Travel) Order 1970 (which Order, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Order”, makes provision as to the levy to be imposed by the Board on employers in the air transport and travel industry in respect of the third levy period and the fourth levy period) and in exercise of his powers under section 4 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
