The Redundant Mineworkers (Payments Scheme) Order 1972

Abstract

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 3 of the Coal Industry Act 1967 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) as amended by section 2 of the Coal Industry Act 1971 and all other powers in that behalf enabling him, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 3(4) of the Act:—
