Forms under control

Abstract

This paper provides an informative guide to the design and control of forms. Some statistics on the volume of records produced and hence, the nature of the forms control problem, are given. The author goes on to examine the performance of forms, and various forms design considerations, including language, typography, layout and form building. The paper concludes by stating that once the form is designed it needs to be managed.
