The Szydlowski‐Planiol Supercharger: Theoretical Considerations Leading to the Design of an Interesting French Supercharger

Abstract

THE adaptation of aero‐engines to high altitude flight raises serious problems in connexion with the supercharger. This article is not concerned with a justification of the interest shown, but with the theoretical necessity for the compressor—the supercharging function of which is the practical expression of the research for constant torque.
