Thermo‐Elastic Similarity: A Further Contribution to the Bristol Conference on Thermal Stress Organized by the Institute of Physics

Abstract

MODEL practice is sufficiently established in scientific investigations for the recommendation of its use in thermal stress analysis to be almost unnecessary. However, some of the reasons why models should be specified for an experimental programme are peculiar to thermal problems, while others are of a more general character.
