Abstract

Hydraulic Power Vibrator A new Dowty Rolol power vibrator, hydraulically operated, has recently completed official acceptance tests. The apparatus employs a novel method of applying a rapidly alternating load which can be used for vibration testing of a missile or other complex machine, or, alternatively, high frequency fatigue testing of structures.
