Abstract

Brief Particulars of Recently Introduced Materials likely to have Aircraft, Missile or Space Vehicle Applications. It is often desirable to paint engine components to protect them against corrosion and oxidation of the surface. Unfortunately these parts often operate at high temperatures—high enough to ensure a very short working life for conventional finishes based on organic resins.
