Abstract

Equipment, Programmes, Techniques and Projects. A Westland Widgeon helicopter, used normally by Ferranti Ltd., for communications flying, has been fitted with the company's FAS 2 Helicopter Auto‐stabiliser System, the hands‐off capability of which was demonstrated recently to Ministry of Technology officials and helicopter test pilots at Farnborough.
