Abstract
Engine vibration monitoring (EVM) has been an established jet‐engine research, production, and maintenance tool for nearly four decades. EVM “signatures” have been used to qualify new engine components during assembly, and to provide early‐warning, in‐flight data for on‐condition overhauls.
