Abstract
A range of transformers for the MIL‐STD‐1553B databus has been released in surface mount format by Beta Transformer Technology Corporation. The B‐2300 series of matching transformers provide all the characteristics needed to connect a transceiver to the MIL‐STD‐1553B standard military network. The single flatpack device has the light weight and low profile necessary for avionics applications.
