Abstract
United Technologies Corporation (UTC) through its jet engine division Pratt & Whitney, and Airmotive Ireland a subsidiary of Aer Lingus are combining to establish a new facility based in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin which will engage in the re‐manufacture of major cases on jet engines. The new company will be known as PWA International.
