Abstract

LUCAS Aerospace's Flight Controls and Actuation Systems Division at Wolverhampton, has been able to cut 20 minutes out of a half hour machining cycle, eliminate manual intervention and improve tool life by 2,500 per cent following an application engineering DI.9000 quality approval.
