NEW DIRECTIONS IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY

Abstract

Financial institutions today face open competition from a variety of sources, uncertain economic conditions, and the advent of deregulation. In order to succeed or even to survive in this new environment, financial service institutions are going to have to understand their markets better and pay more attention to strategic planning.
