Abstract

The risks associated with information technology are often not technological. Certainly the challenges of developing and managing information technology resources are formidable and can entail significant risks. But as the potential grows for this technology to have a greater impact on corporate strategies, and on the management and operational changes needed to implement those strategies, two other types of risk may become even more important than the strictly technical ones.
