Performance and product parameters

Abstract

The introduction — and apparent acceptance — of electrostatically sprayed thin film decorative and industrial coatings based on thermosetting powders rather than heat‐curing solvent‐based systems, has occurred so rapidly that there has been little time spent on trying to determine methods which should be used in evaluating and assessing the basic values of not only the product itself but also the anticipated performance.
