Abstract

Mr P. A. Lintern will be retiring from the Board of British Titan Ltd. on 1st March, 1973, after nearly 39 years' service, 15 of which were spent as a director. On 1st January he will relinquish his post of managing director of British Titan Products Co. Ltd. Mr H. Prior, at present a director and executive vice‐president of Tioxide of Canada Ltd., has been appointed to the Board of British Titan Ltd. with effect from 1st December, 1972. Mr Prior will also take Dr Lintern's place as managing director of British Titan Products Co. Ltd. from 1st January next year.
