Abstract

These inks are now commanding an ever increasing international interest after spending several decades of relative quietness. This interest comes mainly from the United States and the Continent, but it is gradually lapping over to the United Kingdom. It is not always possible to ascertain why certain trends occur, and sometimes it is a coincidental amalgram of several disconnected reasons. One such reason could be that bronze coloured labels with their rich deep colour, resembling gold, subconsciously conveys an association of stability and security in an ever changing society. Whatever the reasons, bronze inks are now receiving an extensive demand.
