Comment

Abstract

Because of the very nature of the traditional materials and processes used in the surface coating industries, each week sees some new development prompted by society's (mainly ‘Western’) justiable concern for green issues. These developments are not all confined to ever increasing environmental legislation, but often include new technological progress.
