F.I.L.L.S. 2.0: Improved for interlibrary loans

Abstract

When the original version of F.I.L.L.S. was reviewed, it was recommended as a useful piece of software for small libraries that have a fair amount of interlibrary loan (ILL) activity. The new version, F.I.L.L.S. 2.0 will be even more useful.
