Abstract

To start at the end first. The ideal, of course, is to have the article published totally electronically from initial text entry at the keyboard of a concept in the mind's eye, subsequent creation and manipulation of text and graphics and layout control, to delivery of the final document to the user (either in electronic form via a screen or in printed form).
