Abstract
Introduction All institutions in our society are affected by changes in the nation's demography. People represent producers and consumers, of course, and changes in their numbers as well as in their ages, sex, colour, etc., translate themselves into virtually irrevocable impacts on how many and whom we serve as well as the human resources available for serving them.
