Abstract

Drawing on the expertise of a panel of 1500 film luminaries, the American Film Institute has announced its list of the 100 greatest American films. The AFI gives a brief synopsis as well as selected credits for each film. Video clips are on their way. Endless hours of disputation in prospect.
