Abstract
My intention is not to put you off going ahead with a private viewdata system by exposing some of the problems and experiences of Philips UK, but to equip you with a checklist which will help you achieve a smooth implementation and a reliable ongoing service. A service that will be beneficial to your users and have cost savings.
