The role of information in Poland's industrial reforms

Abstract

Ladies and Gentlemen. The announced subject is extremely broad and there is a risk of uttering commonplaces, because I could just say that information is important and then try to prove it in various ways. I would like to go beyond the scope of this subject, however, and touch upon issues which we, in our department, consider to be important.
