Abstract
One of the recommendations of Follett that looks very likely to be taken up quickly is that relating to including the Library Services in the Quality Audits. This may well spread to include all the central learning support services so it is an issue that will affect not only libraries but other similar services. The assessment of FE colleges already incorporates such an inspection and so regional colleges are undergoing this process presently.
