CAN H.D. OILS BE FILTERED?

Abstract

The judges concluded that the subject of Heavy Duty oils was one that caused some difference of opinion amongst commercial vehicle users and also amongst those users of stationary oil engines that are lubricated with detergent grades. Although the author can give no very definite ruling about all cases of filtration, his contribution does point out the difficulties and his remarks will be of value to very many of our readers.
