Abstract
It is hard to find a reasonably informed person today who is not aware that the rate of change all around us has become not only inconvenient, uncomfortable, disconcerting or confusing, but outright dangerous with respect to the future of whole countries, socio‐economic systems, and certainly some private corporations—if not private enterprise as such.
