A Fillip for youth

Abstract

National concern over the training and development of young people for industry has grown in proportion with the demographic decline of school‐leavers. The Government, industry and education are now setting up several initiatives to make sure that youngsters start their industrial careers as fully equipped as possible with confidence, maturity and worthwhile practical experience.
