Compensating the strike innocents

Abstract

‘The financial loss suffered by companies, due to no fault of their own but brought about by the reaction of a section of the community to a situation caused by Government mis‐management or by the political dogma of trade unions challenging the law or Government, must give pause for thought and weight to an argument for compensation.’
