Abstract
In November 1985, Fuji Photo Film (UK) Limited set up a new division devoted to the sales and marketing of audio and video tapes in the UK. How Fuji tackled the task, the Japanese/British management style and its influence on the new audio/video division's success are discussed by the divisional manager.
