Student's report
Abstract
The Kraft Nutrition Awards aim to increase the awareness among young people of the importance of good nutrition in maintaining health and fitness, and to reward those who show that they have an adequate understanding of the general principles of good nutrition, and who have demonstrated their ability to put these principles into practice. The scheme is a particularly worthwhile one, and as a student, I am very glad that I took part in it.
