Abstract

The objective of the study was to survey colleges teaching courses leading to a qualification in catering to investigate what is taught, who teaches nutrition, how much time is allocated to nutrition education, whether nutritional theories are practised in food production and how much caterers understand about the relationship between the food we eat and health.
