Abstract

The “ACE” Way to Health describes the antioxidant vitamins which are thought to protect the body against the devastating diseases such as coronary heart disease and cancer. The ACE vitamins are beta‐carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E. The leaflet lists good sources of the vitamins and has advice on storage and preparation of foods which contain them. It also has information on coronary heart disease prevention. Free copies of the leaflet are available from The Flora Project for Heart Disease Prevention, 24–28 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2PX.
