Abstract

Employers concerned: Kingston Plastics Limited. Trade Union reporting the claim: Transport and General Workers’ Union. The Minister of Labour on May 2, 1966, referred to the Industrial Court for settlement in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Employment Act, 1959, the following claim which had been reported to him on March 18, 1966, by the Transport and General Workers’ Union under Section 8 of the Act.
