The network is financed by the EU, sponsored by the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) and the University of Grenoble, France, and involves the Italian trade union CGIL Lombardia as promoter, the Catalan CCOO and trade unions from the French Rhone-Alpes region and the Italian Centro di Iniziativa Europea.
Debates on the network are in French and English and involve national and local trade-union representatives and European experts.
