The training of young entrepreneurs was among the subjects covered at the annual forum of the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs, held in Brussels, Belgium. Delegates focused on the challenge of the "new" economy. Contributors included European Research Commissioner Philippe Busquin, Euro-MP Massimo Carraro and representatives of Lucent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard.
