Article Type: Notes and news From: Industrial and Commercial Training, Volume 45, Issue 4

Behavioral Health Group has installed a learning-management system to deliver compliance training to its workforce in more than 20 outpatient-treatment centers across seven states in the USA.

The organization chose the NetDimensions Talent Suite. “It enables us to centrally develop our training programs and deliver consistent, high-quality training that improves our workforce while at the same time ensuring that we remain compliant with both State and Federal guidelines,” said Chance Spiker, Behavioral Health Group director of training and learning development.

The top learning and development priority of BHG is to become a leading example of a learning organization. BHG realizes that investing in its own employees is one of the best ways to increase employee satisfaction and retention, while at the same time improving the quality of care it provides to patients.
