K. S. Paul Products Ltd of the UK are joining the globally-active, Mannheim-based lubricants company Fuchs Petrolub AG to enhance their global position in the niche market for super high-performance and specialty lubricants to be used under extreme conditions. Fuchs Lubritech GmbH of Weilerbach, the Fuchs Group's business unit for this particular product line, have acquired all of the shares of K.S. Paul Products Ltd.

Founded in 1955, K.S. Paul Products Ltd operate a research and product development centre as well as a state-of-the-art plant in London to manufacture a comprehensive line of super high-performance and speciality lubricants for industrial use under extreme conditions.

The company exports its products to numerous countries in the world. In Germany, France and Canada they have subsidiaries and in Düsseldorf, a packaging plant.

Sales of this niche supplier are DM14million. with a staff of 55.

Within the Fuchs Group, Fuchs Lubritech represent the segment of super high-performance and speciality lubricants. Operating on a worldwide basis this acquisition adds in an important new element. Including subsidiaries and affiliates, sales in this segment are approximately DM200million. which makes Fuchs Lubritech one of the leading suppliers in the global market for such niche products.
