Infineum and ExxonMobil Chemical have signed a Gear Oil Additives Agreement that will leverage the strengths of Infineum’s expertise in lubricant additive technology and global capabilities for supply and customer service with ExxonMobil Chemical’s manufacturing, R&D and extensive experience in gear oil additive technology.

In signing the agreement, Infineum will act as the exclusive marketer of ExxonMobil Chemical’s Mobilad G gear oil additive packages. With a target of late 2002, gear oil additive customers will be able to access enhanced market offerings such as expanded product line and Infineum’s customer service department through the Infineum Global Marketing and Sales Organization. ExxonMobil Chemical will continue to supply customers with synthetic lubricant basestocks such as polyalphaolefins and esters.
