To complement the original English version, John Crane has now published a series of brochures which detail its Safematic range of lubrication products in Finnish, Swedish, German, Italian and French. Each one explains the benefits of individual safematic products, all of which are designed to promote maximum running time and significantly extend the intervals between critical equipment repairs in plant and process equipment (Plate 4).

Although particularly popular for pulp and paper, wood processing and food industry applications, Safematic products can provide reliable, flexible and easily expandable lubrication solutions for all types of industries. They can also be used to service individual machines or complete production plants.
The new brochures provide information and specification details on various safematic products, including safegrease, which delivers reliable greasing and improved reliability to any type of machinery, and the safematic flowline oil circulation system which provides specific volumes of oil to each individual lubrication point. The Flowline Monitor system sets new standards in measuring lubricant flow throughout a system and this is also featured in one of the new brochures.
The Safematic MultiLube system occupies the remaining two new publications. Multilube provides a compact, flexible and reliable centralised lubrication system for process equipment and can also be used on plant and heavy vehicle applications.
