Uniqema extends its award winning Emkarate RL “H” range

Uniqema's Emkarate RL polyol ester lubricants are well known for their quality and reliability. This is acknowledged by the fact that over 400 million compressors worldwide have been filled and successfully operated with Emkarate RL oils. Uniqema recently won the Queen's Award for Enterprise, which recognised the contribution that the Emkarate RL range has made to environmental sustainability within the refrigeration sector.
At Uniqema, as refrigeration technology moves forward there is an even greater demand and expectation for enhanced refrigeration lubricant performance and reliability. Investment continues in synthetic lubricant technology to meet these demands and this investment has led to the development and extension of the Emkarate RL “H” range of polyol esters.
Emkarate RL “H” lubricants offer an enhanced balance of performance properties.
Benefits include superior wear performance of up to 20 per cent over standard polyol esters and improved low temperature characteristics that deliver optimised system performance. Tailored working viscosities and superior friction coefficients help deliver improvements in energy efficiency.
The extension of the Emkarate RL “H” ensures that all the service engineer's lubrication requirements are fully met. Emkarate RL “H” lubricants encompass the complete range of synthetic refrigeration lubricants from ISO 22 to ISO 220 and have replaced the previous “S” products at the end of 2003. The “H” range will be available in a variety of packages from 1l cans up to 200l drums.
