The Robotdalen Scientific Award in robotics and automation Robotdalen (Robot Valley) has founded The Robotdalen Scientific Award, an international competition for young scientists, with e20,000 in prize money. The purpose is to encourage young, innovative people all over the world, in the field of robotics and automation, to find new and untried approaches for the future. The first entry date is June 30, 2007.
In Robotdalen (Robot Valley), companies collaborate with the academic and public institutions. Together, we have secured the region southwest of Stockholm, Sweden, in its position as a world leader in the manufacturing, research and development of robot-based automation. We work with companies such as ABB and Atlas Copco. Robotdalen is dedicated to creating growth by supporting the development of new products and companies within industrial-, field- and health robotics.
