Title: Search-and-rescue robot for underground mineApplicant: Shenyang SIASUN Robot & Automation (CN)Patent number: CN201305046 (Y)Publication date: 2009-09-09

Abstract: The utility model relates to a search-and-rescue robot for underground mine, belonging to the technical field of robot. The structure of the robot is as follows: the robot comprises an explosion-resistant enclosure, two sets of symmetrical running systems, an arm-swinging system and a control system which are, respectively, independent, wherein the driving mechanisms of the control system, the running systems and the arm-swinging system are arranged in the explosion-resistant enclosure, the control system is connected with the driving mechanisms, a mechanical cradle head and an optical fiber-discharging device are arranged above the explosion-resistant enclosure, the optical fiber of the optical fiber-discharging device is connected with the control system, and the mechanical cradle head is internally provided with a sensor group which is electrically connected with the control system with the drive plate of the cradle head. The utility model adopts the static overbalance model explosion-resistant enclosure so as to improve the moving ability of the robot when reaches the static overbalance. By adopting the driving mechanisms with four independent arms, the posture of the robot can be exactly controlled, and the adaptive capacity and the obstacle-climbing ability of the robot to complex terrains are improved. By adopting on-vehicle optical fiber mode, the optical fiber is freely discharged, and the influence on the moving ability of the robot which is caused by the rubbing and being locked by cables is reduced.

Title: Air extinguishment robot system for high-rise building and steep hill forestApplicant: Shenzhen Gongyan Network Technology Co. LtdPatent number: CN102058942 (A)Publication date: 2011-05-18

Abstract: The invention discloses an air extinguishment robot system for a high-rise building and a steep hill forest. The system comprises a fire-protection extinguishment subsystem and a high-rise extinguishment robot subsystem. The fire-protection extinguishment subsystem comprises a fire-protection water pump and an extinguishment water belt, wherein the fire-protection water pump is arranged on the ground; the extinguishment water belt is used for transmitting extinguishment media; the high-rise extinguishment robot subsystem comprises an unmanned and hovered rotor-wing type aircraft and a flight control subsystem for controlling the flying posture of the rotor-wing type aircraft; one end of the extinguishment water belt is linked with the fire-protection water pump while the other end is directionally clamped on the rotor-wing type aircraft; the rotor-wing type aircraft ascends with the extinguishment water belt so as to extinguish firing points in the high-rise building or the steep hill forest. By adopting the unmanned and hovered rotor-wing type aircraft, the invention does not need to supplement water in the extinguishment process and ensures that the rotor-wing type aircraft can continuously extinguish at the best time.

Title: Small-sized emergency rescue and detection robot for nuclear radiation environmentApplicant: Beihang UniversityPatent number: CN102233575 (A)Publication date: 2011-11-09

Abstract: The invention belongs to the field of special equipment for nuclear industries, and in particular relates to an emergency treatment and rescue robot which can be used for a nuclear radiation environment. The robot consists of a walking base plate, a mechanical arm, a robot body motion control system, a robot redundancy navigation control system, a gamma camera, a holder, a gamma ray imaging system, a battery and a controller, wherein the walking base plate has a crawler-type structure; a motor is arranged in the middle of the base plate and is used for driving a crawler belt to operate through a chain; the mechanical arm is arranged at the front end of the base plate and has four degree of freedom; the gamma camera and the imaging system are positioned on the rear part of the robot and are arranged above the battery; and the gamma camera can be used for detecting the intensity and the direction of radiation and the robot can perform emergency treatment through the mechanical arm of the robot.

Title: Modularized bionic wall-climbing robotApplicant: South China University of TechnologyPatent number: CN201756146 (U)Publication date: 2011-03-09

Abstract: The utility model relates to a modularized bionic wall-climbing robot. The robot is provided with five degrees of freedom, and comprises joint modules and vacuum suction modules, wherein the joint modules and the vacuum suction modules are sequentially connected in series, that is, a first vacuum suction module, a first I-shaped joint module, a first T-shaped joint module, a second T-shaped joint module, a third T-shaped joint module, a second I-shaped joint module and a second vacuum suction module are in series connection with one another sequentially; the rotating shafts of the three T-shaped joint modules are parallel to one another, and are perpendicular to the rotating shafts of the I-shaped joint modules at two ends; the modules are connected with one another through snap rings; and four pins are arranged at the joints for positioning, so as to prevent potential relative rotation among the modules. The robot has the advantages that two ends of the robot are symmetric to each other; the head and the tail can replace each other; the construction is easy; the structure is simple; and the robot can conduct all-directional climbing on a smooth and even wall in a spanworm, twisting, overturning or any other manner, and has strong wall transition and obstacle crossing capabilities. The utility model can be widely applied in fields such as the construction industry, the nuclear industry, the ship building industry and the like.
