This special issue of the Journal of Managerial Psychology seeks conceptual papers, empirical papers, case studies and critical commentaries that include, but are not limited to, the following topics:

Critical reviews of the theoretical frameworks and research literature on generational differences at work.Critical perspectives on inter-generational differences relevant to work.The relationship of inter-generational differences to organisational outcomes.The practical significance of inter-generational differences at work.Cross-cultural perspectives on inter-generational issues at work.Submission requirements

Manuscripts should be between 5,000 and 7,000 words in length and should be set out in the format indicated in the journal's Author Guidelines (see www.emeraldinsight.com/info/journals/jmp/notes.jsp).

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All papers will be refereed through a peer review process.
